Who uses Viralheat?
What are the details of the 7-day free trial?
Each Viralheat account comes fully loaded with all features for seven days at no charge. You can cancel your account at anytime within those seven days. If you wish to cancel your account after seven days, you will be charged the monthly fee for the plan you selected while signing up for the service. Unfortunately, Viralheat does not issue refunds.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you are free to switch between plans. To access your plan options, go to the "My Account" page once you are logged in.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, American Express, and MasterCard). We accept all our payments via credit card and at this time do not accept PayPal or P.O orders.
