Getting Started
Getting started with Viralheat's developer APIs is easy. Below is a quick guide on how to get up and running with Viralheat's data services.
Get Registered
Except for Social Trends calls, all of Viralheat's data services require an API key. To get a key, simply register for a FREE developer account.
Paid Services
Viralheat subscribers can access their statistics through a collection of APIs which require an API key. You can access your key from the My Accounts section of the product or through the developer dashboard.
Free Services
Viralheat offers two free services. One is Social Trends, which allows non-paying customers to access thousands of Viralheat profiles and statistics. The second is our Sentiment engine which allows users to send a chunk of text and get the sentiment rating in return.
